Our Story
SNAV was born out of a shared frustration. AV and Sanjit had both worked inside large agencies — handling accounts ranging from national retailers to media companies. They were good at the work. But they kept seeing the same problem: small and medium businesses were paying a premium for strategy that was cookie-cutter, communication that was slow, and results that were hard to pin down.
They knew there was a better way. A model where a small business owner got the same quality of thinking as a big brand — just without the overhead, the account layers and the monthly retainer shock. So they built it.
SNAV (the name is a blend of their initials — Sanjit and AV) launched in Sydney with a single mission: give local businesses an unfair advantage online. No fluff. No lock-in. Just real results that show up in your bank account.

Co-Founder & Director of Growth
AV brings deep expertise in paid media — Google Ads, Meta, TikTok and programmatic. He's managed over $1 million in ad spend across industries from construction to hospitality, and specialises in building lead generation systems that scale. He's the numbers-obsessed one who doesn't sleep until the CPL drops.
Sanjit Babu
Co-Founder & Director of Digital
Sanjit is the strategist — equal parts creative and technical. He leads website creation, SEO and social media strategy for SNAV clients. With a background spanning product marketing and web development, Sanjit builds online presences that not only look great but actually rank and convert.
